The NFL has announced the half-time performers for this years Super Bowl XLIII. It’s not Janet Jackson. It’s not a boy band. It’s Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. That sounds like a solid choice to me. I caught his last show at Giant Stadium this year in New Jersey and Bruce and the band were stellar. I’m just crossing my fingers that Bruce will leave his politics at the door and keep to the music… but the election will be over by then anyway, so who knows?
